Lots of pain - 19 weeks

I’m experiencing a lower back ache that has stuck with me the last two and a half days, which makes it nearly unbearable to sleep. I’ve also been having so much soreness and pain around my lower belly/uterus. It doesn’t feel like round ligament pain— it’s more generalized and feels painful over the whole area. The uterus pain started this afternoon and hasn’t quite let up. Normally I’m not one to overreact about these things, but I’m beginning to feel like these pains aren’t normal because they feel so severe. What do you all think? Should I call my midwife? Any help is appreciated...
