Should I fuck him?

EDIT: our sex life started going down hill four months into our relationship. I’ve talked to him about it so many times. He would get offended and mad. Eventually I thought we had a break through and we’re going to work on it but he stopped trying. I’m just so sexually frustrated at all times. But every other part of our relationship is amazing. Also it’s not “punishment” but why would I want to fuck him when I won’t get anything out of it? He will get himself off, take a shower, while I’m just lying there horny. And then repeat I’m 2-3 weeks.

My boyfriend and I have sex like 2 times a month. It went from like 4 times a week, to once a week and now this. I’m merable and he doesn’t get me off and I always have to get my vibrator after.
