Abnormal sperm analysis

My DH and I have been TTC for 8 months. I’ve had every test under the sun (starting seeing RE for a short luteal phase which is now improved) and everything has come back perfectly. My RE finally sent my hubby for a sperm analysis and we just got the results..apparently he has a triple defect meaning low sperm count (9 million), slow motility (2%) and 79% of his sperm are irregularly shaped. Has anyone’s husband had a tripe defect and went on to conceive naturally? Could this be a lab error? He is very healthy- Nonsmoker, normal weight, regular exercise, social drinker only. We have an appt with our RE but not for another two weeks so we’re both dying for more info over here!
