Help please

I’m about 10 days late. I only have one ovary and tube (Cancerous cells). Hubby and I have been ttc 6months if not longer. I have irregular cycles. Some are 35 days (that’s my average) but others are longer, the highest has been 37. I did take a test on my period start date the 15 negative. I ovulated twice this month by the Ovia app. I haven’t tested again beings as we are broke until Friday. I am really at a loss here. Only symptoms I’m having is super hunger, exhaustion, sometimes nausea, and moody. I was on birth control for a little over a year. No signs of period. I’m so confused. Are their any medications I can take to help get a regular period otc?
