help!!! idk if this is a period or not :(

i’ve had symptoms of pregnancy AND symptoms of pms , i had pink spotting on the 18th & 19th & light headaches in the days prior but when it was time for my period to come on the 24th , it didn’t .. i’ve been extremely tired & my nipples are sore i was cramping really really bad (more like a really bad stomach ache) but nooo blood ! i bled a little but it literally went to spotting (i’m gonna put a picture) .. i took a hpt , negative .. i went to the doctor yesterday for another urine test (i wanted a blood test) , negative .. i’d be about 2 weeks . i still had dull cramps .. so i masturbated yesterday , & cramps really bad after , & got some blood ! i’m thinking my period has started .. but i went to sleep , and when i woke up, it had stopped again . is this my period or no? (first picture is the first time spotting, second picture is from last night , third pic is the spotting from the 18th & 19th ..) my period never acts like this that’s why idk if it’s my period or not ..
