Menstrual cups??

Question

So a lot of people are getting the menstrual cups and I wanna try them because I got my mirena iud in 2 months ago and I've been NONSTOP bleeding everyday since. So I wanna try it I've ruined like 10 pairs of underwear. But my actual periods are really heavy and I feel like I'll constantly have to take it out like every hour or it'll overfill. Does anyone have any problems with it?

I love mine.. I have 4.. some hold more.. some hold less...  i take one with me in my purse... i dump in the morning and at night... on a heavy day i dump in the middle of the day... haven't bought pads or tampons in 4 years!

I have the diva cup and the biggest problem I’ve had with it was it was a struggle to remove it the first couple of times but now I use it without a problem. It sounds like you’ve used one before though so I would say go for it... it’ll last longer than a box of tampons and will save you money!  Even after using mind for years I still always wear a liner just in case.

I loved my diva cup for the no leaking part, however the fact that I got a UTI monthly from it was enough for me to throw it away. It didn't allow me to empty my bladder completely is what my dr said and that's why I kept getting a UTI.

I love it but my periods are medium to light. You would most likely need a bigger cups and you may have to empty yours more. If you go on the website put a cup in it they have a short quiz where you can figure out what size/ type of cup you may need. I have the blossom cup from amazon and love it.
