Opinions is it right for me to ask?

I have an appointment prenatal, it was just going to be regular one.. but since i spotted today I will be talking about that..

(The spotted was once and nothing since this morning )

I spotted before at 7 weeks but stopped went in for ultrasound 8 there was heartbeat..

Was told I could have experience a threaten mc

I had a missed miscarriage before at 8 weeks and didn’t know till 12 ended in D&C.. anyways is it right for me to ask if they can heart heart beat with dropper or request for him to send me for ultrasound at hospital? I been doing the blood test to check levels last week..

I was told no more ultrasound till 20 weeks unless something happens, no checking heart till 12 weeks..

I been a little crampy but I thought it’s just beacause it’s all adjusting down there... I am 11 weeks and 2 days today..
