Is this normal?

I’m 16 and have been having periods for like 3 years now and they’re heavy and I get blood clots. Today was day one of my period (came early and bled through my pants, fun) normally on day 2 I get a blood clot or two which is whatever i know they’re normal, but today is day one and my cramps were so bad I couldn’t move which is normal for some people but uncommon for me and on day 1 I just had my third blood clot (girls at school call it mucous) this came out in the shower and obviously didn’t go down the drain so I had to pick it up and put it on my pad. Is it normal to have three in one day, even on the first day even if they’re small like this? (Sorry tmi but also my vagina is killing feels like someone repeatedly punched it)
