Period after MC

Hi All, so my MC started 4 weeks ago this Saturday. I passed everything naturally as it all happened so fast it was pointless to get the D&C.

At this point I’m barley spotting. I thought tonight I was having ovulation pains, opk was positive but it has been since I found out I was pregnant. Also I’m still showing a faint but positive hpt.

Any idea on a timeframe on when period would start?

How was your period after having an all natural no medicated and no D&C MC?

Any advice would help! Thank you!
