Possible MC

I lost my first baby in 2017 and I found out I was pregnant in February. However I have had some brown discharge and went to the ER and doctor said there was no heartbeat, and this was the beginning of a miscarriage. I am suppose to be 11w3d. I do not have any symptoms that I am going through a MC but the doctor is saying this is the beginning. However, all he put as my diagnosis was bleeding in the early trimester. Please say a prayer for me that everything is still okay. I have an appointment with my OB Wednesday. All I can do is cry because I planned this pregnant as it would be my rainbow baby but now it’s a possibility that I may lose this baby also? My heart aches and I am sick to my stomach. I am praying so hard that this is not what the doctor said and MAYBE THEY COULDNT FIND THE HEARTBEAT BECAUSE BABY WAS IN A AWKWARD POSITION.
