TMI but really need some advice. Little worried

So I went for a routine checkup and mentioned to her I have been spotting and even showed her a picture of some of the spotting. She said, "I do not like that." No other symptoms, my baby boy is still moving and test only showed everything good, not dilated, or any tears but a little yeast infection. I am currently 24 hours on fluconazole. It said that bleeding should decrease or stop the first 24 hours but bleeding has gotten a little worse. Not enough to fill a pad. I just want to know if this has happened to anyone or any advice. I don't want to be the mom that calls when just seeing the doctor and not done with the medicine. I am only 24 weeks and don't want this to be an indicator of early labor.
