Vaginal pain?

31 weeks and 2 days and I have had alot of vaginal pain, like my whole lower region feels bruised. Walking, getting up or separating my legs in any way is uncomfortable. I've been in and out of triage for high blood pressure and don't really want to call and be sent to be checked if this is normal or something I don't need to worry about but it is uncomfortable.

Like completely TMI for every person that will read this but it hurts like if you've had very rough/hard sex, but my husband and I haven't had sex in about a week and a half or two weeks
