TMI! What’s going on with my vagina??

I get discharge pretty often, more often than others I’d say. Recently I had this kind of discharge and it look like it’s thick as paint or a cream. Plus this morning my boyfriend went to go down on my and as soon as I pulled my pants down we both smelled this awful smell but he went for it anyways?? Idk why?? And he even said I tasted funny for the first time! To add, yes I belive it’s a yeast infection but I’ve had one for the past 4-5 months! Medicine doesn’t seem to work and the only symptom I have is just weird discharge/smell/ VERY sweet smelling pee. Any idea what to do or what it is?! (Ps. I did schedule an appointment)
