Am I .....???

I’ve been having pain in the marked area (red lines) for 2-3 months now so I went to doctor and they took urine sample and ultrasound done. Its been two weeks and I haven’t got my tests back yet and its HURTS all the time.

I have PCOS and was told I have cysts but they not problematic for now. I had sex without condom on 10th March and I’m on pills. But I’ve been having this pain months before so I’m not pregnant (I’ve been having almost regular periods). My period is due in 2-3 days. Should I just go to ER tomorrow?
