We just moved to the area we live and are having a birthday party for my son’s 3rd bday. The point is mostly to meet and socialize with other families, while also celebrating our little guy. It’s from 10am to 1pm, so the kiddos who still nap can attend and not have a meltdown bc they’re too tired.

We want to serve alcohol buuuut, 10am on a Sunday is obviously early to be drinking. We used to live in Miami where it didn’t matter as much, and I wouldn’t have thought twice about it, but where we are now is more tame.

I was thinking to serve some type of brunch drink, a Bloody Mary or Mimosa maybe. And have it kind of discretely set out, away from the main food table. How does this read to you ladies? Totally normal, or “jeez 10am is early to be drinking, what a bunch of heathens!”
