Newborn constipation!!

I am desperate here. My 2 week old baby girl did not pass a stool for almost 48 hours plus she had convulsions in her tummy which was an obvious sign of constipation. She is solely on breast feed. Yesterday I did use glycerine suppositories to activate her bowel movements. She did poo immediately but later everything remained the same. She hasn’t pooped till now and is crying in pain. What should I do?
