Last night I asked my boyfriend if he would mind me sharing my location with him on find my friends. He said he felt weird asking me to do it but that he wouldn’t mind if it were something I wanted to do.

I often go to walmart for grocery shopping at ungodly hours (typically anywhere from 11pm-2am) so I really like the idea of him being able to see exactly where I am should something go wrong and I can’t text him my location. I also drive about 88 mi. to go home or come back to town (sometimes at night) and I’m always worried about car trouble or running off the road so I really like the safety of him being able to see where I am on the road.

So, we just started sharing our location with each other. I know several couples that do it but I also know several couples that would consider it overstepping and inappropriate. Where do you and your SO fall on that spectrum?
