I went into labor naturally . But I wouldn’t have realized I was in labor if I hadn’t gone in because I thought my water broke. Turns out my water didn’t break but I was already at 4-5 cm dilated without any contractions. So they admitted me and I didn’t feel contractions until they broke my water bag when I was 8cm. So if I had waited for contractions to start or for them to be regular for at least an hour or two like most people recommend I would’ve never made it to the hospital lol. They popped my water bag, contractions started, and she was born all before an hour passed

I woke up with painless tightenings. I had precipitate labour and it was only 1.5 hours start to finish!

I woke up to painful contractions.. I knew it was time by how close and painful they were. Drove the hour to the hospital, the second I stepped out of my car, my water broke lol. From the time I woke up contracting to the time babygirl was out... about 4 hours total

Consistent contraction that as they go on get. Ore and more intense to the point where you can’t talk while you’re having one. Mine started at 3AM Saturday and I had my girl at 8:56 AM Sunday.... that was a long 30 hours!!!

Very light contractions, not painful, in the morning. They ramped up at 1pm and were about 3 minutes apart. I didn’t think they were real since I’d been told they start much further apart. Baby was out 3 hours later.

I went into labor naturally. At first I thought that I had eaten something really bad because I had terrible diarrhea. Ended up being labor lol. From the diarrhea to the delivery it was seven hours.

I woke up and rolled over to my face my husband and felt water running out of me. I sat up and a small gush of water came out. I went to my doctors office and she confirmed my water broke. It took another 6 hours for labor contractions to pick up strong enough that I could feel them. My labor lasted 24 hours almost exactly.

I had Braxton Hicks contractions my whole pregnancy. I got them daily and they were always pretty close together. The day I went into labor, they were far apart and I noticed they started very slowly coming together and becoming more intense. I decided to go home and get some sleep and when we got home they just stopped so I fell asleep. About an hour and a half later I was woken up to an extremely intense contraction and thought I had to poop. They were immediately 4 minutes apart and they were bad. 
I don't typically count early labor because honestly aside from timing, they didn't feel different to me than my false/prodromal labor. From my first active labor contraction to birth was 8 hours.

With my daughter I woke up feeling "different" told my husband today will be the day. Waited for contractions to pick up went in water broke after they monitored me for an hour, 5 hours total. With my son I was at the park with my daughter and as soon as we got home and walked in the door my water poured down my leg. So I went in. My son was 9 pounds and I walked the halls to further dilate. 7 hours total.
