I use it because I live in south Florida aka the swamp and none of the natural ones worked for me. But I only use a tiny bit, and I scrub it off in the shower, when I get home, and don't reapply until the next day, so my body gets a break overnight. All 4 of my kids are fine, but it really isn't so great for you.
