Blocked milk ducts during pregnancy??

Hi all, FTM here at 21w2d. For the last 1-2 months I've noticed the bottom of my boobs are red and felt different. Didnt hurt so assumed maybe it was my maternity bra and made sure I moisturized them and kept.changkmg to clean bras.

Now I'm worried as I looked into it (finally) and wonder if this is a blocked milk duct? They are sore if you start fondling them often, otherwise I wouldn't think twice. But they are red on the bottom, lumps and skin texture feels different.

What in the world can it be!? I see my OBGYN next Tuesday is this something I can also ask him??
