Mucus plug?? Help

So sorry for the TMI pics. This has happened me twice once today and once yesterday is it my mucas plug or the start of it by any chance?? I'm currently 38 weeks Pregnant.

If it is my mucus plug would it show up in my urine that its starting to come away from the cervix?

I'm confused on what it is or what to do like should I call my doctor or not?? I've never had anything like this before 🤔🤢
