Light yellow poop..what can it mean after amoxicillin

Toddler (2) got off amoxicillin 3 days ago due to an ear infection and started having lighter yellow poops...they are hardening up, but they are still light yellow! It’s over the weekend and dr is not open until the morning..what could it be?

I mentioned it to my doctor two days ago, but they said it could be a normal reaction to amoxicillin. I get kids have reactions to meds, but it just bothers me that’s it going on day 3 of it !

Please give advice if you’ve had something similar and have an answer to help point me in the right direction.
