Help with weight loss
Hey everyone!
Currently I am struggling with my body image. I am at my highest weight which is 180 pounds... i would like to lose 15 pounds within the next month. I was wondering if anyone knew any great diets to help me out. I know the best thing would be to go to the gym but right now I’m busy with going to school and working five days a week. so far I cut out fast food and soda. I would just like to be confident this summer in a bathing suit 😔
