I need some love y'all

Had a period January 11th

BD on CD 10 & 15.

Ovulated CD 16

Period was supposed to come February 7 on CD 28 (I'm very regular)

Period came on February 13, CD 34.

I only BD on February 19 (CD 7).

Didn't have sex again until March 24th. Busy and both were sick.

Period was supposed to come March 13 (CD 28). It's a no show.

I made a doctor's appointment for March 25, CD 41 since my period still hadn't shown up. I did a pee test there and it came back positive immediately. They did it twice and both times came back so positive that it pulled color from the control line.

She told me to come back in two weeks. I made an appointment for today april 9. I went in today and the ultrasound showed absolutely nothing. Couldn't find anything. They did a pee test and it was negative as well. Not even a faint line apparently.

They sent me for blood work, get the HCG levels and progesterone levels.

But HOW can it be that 2 weeks ago it was extremely positive and today it's stark white? My husband and I both swear we saw something flickering/flashing on the ultrasound but the tech didn't say anything about it, we also didn't ask. Could something else be flickering? They also said it looked like there may be a cyst or something right at the opening of my cervix 🤷

I just.. IDK. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over two years. We got a positive and were so excited for today. Is there any hope? 🤞
