Pregnancy symptoms before bfp

Hi all

Is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms and get a bfn? If i feel symptoms wouldn’t it be positive?

I didnt find out about being pregnant with my son for 7 weeks as i suffered a loss before him and thought my cycle was a mess when my period didnt show.

The loss was a result of an

IVF

pregnancy so i’ve not had a ‘regular’ pregnancy testing cycle!

I just feel suspiciously pregnant!! No idea when period due cos my cycles are still a mess.

Guessing due in the next few days- got a bfn yesterday.

EDIT: Just to be clear i’m not symptom spotting as i’m not ttc right now. In fact, i’m sitting waiting for my period anxiously.

Just feel ‘off’ and wanted to check here what the deal was with bfns and symptoms.
