Bleeding/spotting

I just woke up from a nap and had to go pee, but as I was walking to the bathroom, I felt some dripping. When I sat on the toilet, there was a little bit of dark colored blood in my underwear and a little bit of bright red dripped into the bowl and a bit of red when I wiped. This is my second pregnancy, but I didn't have any kind of bleeding when I was pregnant with my daughter. I know it can be normal, but I'm hoping to hear some positive outcomes
