Scary surreal dreams anyone else ?

I remember my dreams being like this qirh my first pregnancy .
But I wake up literally scared and not wanting  to go back to sleep. Most of these scary dreams are repeat dreams . I had them my first pregnancy  or before . But they are terrifying me. Things seems so real. 
Anyone else ? 
 Some arent too scary but I havent had any good dreams I hate it.

The dreams are intense and they always ‘end’ or I wake myself up around 3-4 am then can’t go back to sleep. They’re so vivid, I have to check myself because I’m not sure if it was real life or a pregnancy dream!

I haven’t had any really scary dreams but all my dreams are about my insecurities and they are all very vivid.

Yes! Usually I just stay awake in fear of falling into the same dream ☹️

Yes! I had a horrible dream last night and woke very scared 🙁 It did not help my dream was about my pregnancy 😩🙁

I woke up crying yesterday from a very vivid dream. Most of them are scary. I’ve never woke up crying in my life so that was a bit of a shock for me. I’d honestly take the nausea over the dreams.
