First scan 5 weeks is this ok

Hey. I thought i was a bit later than 5 weeks but I went for a private scan today and they thought I’m around 5 weeks. She could see a flicking heart beat and the yoke sack. She couldn’t do a normal tummy ultrasound so had to do one vaginally to see anything. They asked me to go back in a weeks time to check everything but she said she was happy she thought I was just earlier than I thought. My period is always all over the place so I wasn’t 100% sure. Has anyone else had a scan at this early stage. Is this ok. I have so much anxiety which isn’t like me at all so was hoping a early scan would help.
