Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Yeaterday, at 5 weeks 2 days (accrd to size of gestational sac) I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage. This was after a two hour bleed that I went to the ER for. They did not give me a measurement, but it looked very large on the ultrasound. My OB did not put me on bed rest. Just pelvic rest and no exercise or lifting. This is my second pregnancy, I miscarried my first at 18 weeks and the reason is still unknown. I’m wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with a hematoma and has some advice on getting it to resolve itself? Thank you!
