Weight Lifting
Hey girls
So I occasionally use the machines at the gym to target arms, abs, and legs. But I’m intimidated by all the other machines. They all seem easy to use but I’m still trying to get stronger.
I’m working on being comfortable with myself but there’s always so many people at the gym and I don’t know how to use the machines. I’m terrified of other people at the gym or being judged-even tho everyone there is there to look/feel better.
I feel like I need a buddy that goes with and helps out!
How do I get over this dumb fear? I want to start losing weight with weight lifting because just cardio isn’t doing it anymore.
