Exercises and Workouts at Home that are Safe while Pregnant
I just found out a few weeks ago that I am about 10 weeks pregnant with my second child. My first, Greyson will be 2 by the time his sibling is expected to arrive.
I had to have my gallbladder surgically removed about a year ago and it has caused my stomach to bloat really bad during this second pregnancy. I thought I would be much further along maybe in the second trimester because my stomach is so big but the ultrasound shows that I'm about 10 weeks. I weigh about 130 lbs now and the rest of my body is small compared to how big my belly is. I feel exhasted often and at times feel like I have trouble catching my breath just from doing things around the house.
I have been looking for exercises and Workouts that are safe to do at home while pregnant so I can stay in shape for both of my Babies. I have tried looking for apps or something but no luck. Does anyone know of something I can do that will be safe and maybe provide me with more energy?
