Wipe warmer?

My toddler has recently decided he hates having his boy parts wipes with a cold wipe. He’s perfectly fine until I start wiping his bits, then he starts screaming and trying to wiggle/crawl away and even tries biting me! Do you think a wipe warmer might help?

Maybe but your never gonna have warm wipes when your out of the house 🤷🏼‍♀️ why get him used to something he’s not guaranteed to always have. Me personally I I think it would make it worse in the long run

When my kids are tiny I just stick a wipe in my cleavage before changing them. 😂 works pretty great and I can do it anywhere.

That’s a phase that is more common than you would think. My son did this and from day to day still will. There isn’t much that helps, I normally give him something to distract him or just talk to him while I wipe him. He reacts better if I try to make it fun. I asked my mom about it and all 5 of us kids did it and she said you just have to have patience, toddlers are hard.

kids I nanny for have one. complete waste. it only stays warm for like a second. wastes space and electricity.

I thought they were dumb and my sister insisted on getting baby one when she was first born. My baby stopped screaming her head off so I am a fan now 🤷🏼‍♀️❤️

I used one with my first daughter but found that a lot of times it just dried out the wipes making them useless.

Just hold the wipe in your hand for a minute first. Then its not freezing cold😁

Wipe warmers cause the growth of bacteria on the moist wipes. It increases the likelihood that baby can get infections and stuff. I get the appeal, but I don't personally think ita worth it.

A simpler solution is to not wipe after pee. Pee doesn’t irritate the skin. Do you wet wipe yourself every time you pee?

My baby did it as a new born but now he’s fine. Keep doing it & he’ll probably get used to it & stop crying. Mine did.
