Medication while pregnant

I’m right at 9 weeks pregnant and I have severe anxiety and have been prescribed Xanax for 3 years, without my medicine I’m not sure how I would act. I know I couldn’t have a normal life because my Xanax makes my life normal as possible. Has anyone on her me taking prescribed medicine if pregnant or known of anyone that has ? If so please share stories of how baby was. If you haven’t dealt with severe anxiety then you have no idea how it feels, so with that being said no negative comments please. Thank you
