Help please

I’ve been EB for 3 months now almost 4 and yesterday I bought this lactation cookies and notice and huge difference on myself ever since. My boobs look empty and my son just woke up and his diaper is completely dry which never happens!!!!! I immediately tried pumping but barely got anything 😭😭😢 what do I do???? I’m going to the store to buy some Gatorade, oatmeal, chia seeds and body armor. Anything else I can try ????
