Constipated & cramping.

4 weeks 4 days and pretty constipated right now. Sorry for the TMI but I’m trying to poop and each time I push I just get a sharp cramp on my left side, and then cramps in my abdomen with some back pain too. Is this normal? Definitely hurts. It all pretty much subsides when I finally poop. 😪

I’m going to see my doctor on the 24th. I had the option of going this week, but I think it’s best to wait until I’m at least 6 weeks.
