Bad news

So my husband and I have been trying for three years. All along we thought the problem was me and I have been getting trigger shots because I was not ovulating. We just got some new news that my husbands semen analysis was abnormal. Morphology was 0%, low motility, and low concentration. We are going to a fertility specialist to find out what can be done as soon as possible. I have a few questions. Any advice for talking about this with family and friends who know you are trying? Anyone have experience with what those results mean for us? How can I support my husband during this time? Any other advice would be appreciated. Trying to stay positive even though the thoughts that we will never have a child that is our own are flooding my head.
