Losing weight from anxiety..

My stomach is always upset, especially whenever I first wake up. I always have to run to the toilet and I’ve been throwing up kind of a lot, and having lots of diarrhea. Sorry for the tmi, but I used to be close to 150 pounds and now I’m only around 130. It makes me feel guilty, I wanted to lose weight in a healthy way, not because of anxiety. But I literally can’t help it. I just recently got on medication last month, it’s a low dose though so I don’t think it’s the medication, it’s the anxiety talking. It’s always there. It frickin sucks. Anyone else going through this? Any way to help the nausea? I know this isn’t healthy for my body at all and I’m scared..
