This mark makes me insecure

I’ve been with my husband for 10+ years I’ve been wanting to get a tattoo he calls a tramp stamp. I told him my reason pretty much I got a burn mark from an IcyHot I hate it so much. I know what many will think but I’m scarred for life. The tattoo I get will literally have to be enormous on my lower back. Ughh..I tried convincing him many times he just doesn’t get it. Plus I like to wear 2 piece bikinis now I don’t even know...I need some advice please
