HELP! Relationship PROBLEM

Ok so here’s the deal, there is this guy that is at my college and we really connected on another level. We were kinda a thing but then all of a sudden he starting turning into a different person, not even around me but everyone! I tried talking to him about it, telling how he was treating me and our friends was wrong but he didn’t really take it to heart. I eventually gave up and called him out on his shit saying I was tired of it. We both decided to call it quits a not bother being even friends anymore, but I see him on campus all the time, and the way he looks at me I can tell he still has feelings for me. It’s like if he’s doing anything he will just stop and look at me and my heart does the little jumpy thing and I look away. However, he is hanging out with another girl and it hurts to see him with her, because I know he still has those feelings for me🙄. I tried rekindling our friendship but it’s not really taking off, I feel like he just wants to leave our relationship broken because he scared that I hate him. Does anyone have ANY TIPS ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION??
