Pearly Penile Papules

Guys... if you don't know what it is you can look it up lol but I was sucking dick and looked down and saw them. I already knew what they were beforehand so I knew they're harmless but just the way they look :(... I'm trying really hard not to care about it cause the guy is really nice I just have never seen them in person before.
