Ooo the anxiety

So I just move to a new neighborhood where it's very kid friendly, there are kids outside everywhere, there's also a few cops that live here too, my little girl has made bus friends and now wants to go outside and play she is 8 almost 9 I know that it's ok to let her outside and shes inly 3 houses down I can poke my head out easy and check on her, I also so dont wanna be a helicopter mom, so shes out there playing, I'm in the bath trying to get some me time in, I can hear the kid outside playing, it doesn't stop my anxiety, we have never been in a area where it was safe enough for her to be outside with her friends alone this is just new.
