Symptoms

Anyone feel like there hair has been up in a really tight bun??? Almost like pins and needles on scalp. Hard to explain. 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow about with LMP. Had positive test. 8 DPO (9 days before missed period). First prenatal visit next Wed. Noticed today this symptom about hair. Are early symptoms a good sign? Along with early HCG level clearly?? First pregnancy. Recently lost 100 pounds, found no cysts on Ovaries in a March US. let me know mammas!! Thanks!!!! 👶😍😍😍🙏 🤷🏼‍♀️
