Hi ladies.

I just wanted to share with you a spray I bought which saved my life!😂😂

The weeks leading up to my due date I was getting so nervous about the pain down below after I gave birth. This was my first baby so I had no idea what to expect, I had just heard the horror stories!

I was absolutely terrified of tearing during child birth so I started to look recommendations for anything that could help postpartum!
