Would you say anything?
July will be a year that I've been at my job. I only make $10.50/hr, which was a pay cut for me but the manager that hired me said it was the best she could do, and I haven't gotten any raises since I started.
We now have a different manager and two new girls just started within the last month, I know I have more experience than both of them and they make $12! It doesn't seem fair to me. I am 32 weeks pregnant now and will be leaving soon, so I don't want to seem like I'm fighting for something when I'll be leaving, but that could also be almost 2 months of a pay raise if they bumped it up to match.
I'm not sure if it's worth saying anything? I have a feeling my manager will just tell me that she has no control over it. Would you bring it up?
