Contractions?

I know contractions are different for everyone... but FTM here...
Do early contractions feel similar to like “shit pains” haha you know what I mean when you really have to poo and you get that cramp in your stomach? Cause I keep getting them, but they go away and I don’t actually have to poo.. 
Might start timing them anyways to see if they get regular 🤷🏼‍♀️

I felt a tightening along with crampy belly. Belly will be rock hard

I’m 31 weeks and got them, felt exactly how you described them. But not regular. Usually when I over exert myself. So I’ve been taking it easy. Keep walking and bouncing on your ball. You will soon get your labor going. Squats work well too.

Well my contractions was and my back they hurt soo bad i couldn’t time mines cause they was so close together.. it kept feeling like i had to poop 💩 that’s how i knew some was wrong
