Not eligible for FMLA or short-term disability
Hey ladies! I just started a new job March 2019 and am not eligible for FMLA nor short-term disability. I’m just feeling down after learning that. My job does have work from home options but because I’m new, I’m not sure whether I’ll be given that opportunity.
Did any of you experience this in previous pregnancies? I really did not want to go back to work after 6 weeks.. but if that’s what I need to do, so be it I guess 😩😩😩
