Relationship Advice!! Help!!!

So this is complicated and I need serious advice.

I ran away when I was 16 and moved in with a friend, now partner, and ended up getting pregnant at 17 with a beautiful girl we had decided to raise together. I had pregnancies back to back and during my second pregnancy my partner got addicted to coke and began being very physically/emotionally abusive. I made plans to leave the relationship within a few months after birth. In the meantime I developed a close relationship with God and managed to transform other aspects of my life. My partner got clean and is involved in the church now too. I have fallen in love with someone else but I don’t know if they are serious. I feel obligated on a number of levels to stay with my current partner. Condemnation being a big concern.. What now...?????
