Bacterial vagnosis

Okay so I went to the hospital 3 days ago bc i was having contractions. The Dr did a pelvic check and confirmed I had a bacterial infection. Yesterday my vagina hurt like it felt raw as if i cut it shaving or something so of course i look and I have this sore (not on the outside) but literaly had to spread my vagina to look at it. Its on the inside an it kinda looks like a blister. I dont know if this Is from the infection but there's no way she didnt see it and im freaking out.
