Seasonal allergies?

Anyone’s little ones getting spring allergies? How can you tell if it’s allergies and not a cold? What are you doing to treat it? I’ve never had allergies so I have no clue what to do but my husband gets them every year.

I’m allergic to basically all pollen so I take something year round for it. I figure my kids will probably be the same way. When their noses start getting super runny (clear snot) I give a dose of Zyrtec before bed. I don’t do a full 2.5 ml though. Usually about 2 ml instead.

Yeah in the spring/summer my little one gets heat rash and also suffers with hay fever! Not so fun for him but the medication he has for it is drowsy so he tends to sleep a lot which is good for me(30weeks pregnant very tired haha)!

Same.. my husband always gets them. I thought my son was getting sick but my husband said it was probably just allergies, and it was. He didn’t seem uncomfortable, so I just turned his humidifier on and just let it pass. He seems to be better this week. Usually I can tell if it’s a cold because he’s a lot more fussy and clingy, like I can tell he doesn’t feel well
