Am I miscarrying again?

I am currently 7 weeks 2 days pregnant while our rainbow baby. Had a mmc at 12 weeks in feb. For the last five days I’ve had pink or brown spotting on and off and mild cramps. And I feel like symptoms aren’t as strong as last week. I went to the doctors today, and she made it sound like I am probably miscarrying again. Waiting for an ultrasound some time this week. What do you guys think? Have any of you had similar experiences? These are my tests from the last few days, the bottom being the most recent. I’m really worried 😢 hoping this one would stick
